The health and security of our employees and customers is a top priority for us. That is why we have completely redesigned our production and logistics system in order to meet the state-recommended PSA and social discharge guidelines.
What does that mean for you?
The processing times can be delayed. The processing times are generally 2 working days*, although these times are currently vary due to problems related to Covid-19 and official orders as well as the effects on our business. The processing times can also be extended during public holidays, publications/residual socks, publications in limited editions and advertising campaigns.
Delivery time. Due to COVID-19 problems, our deliveries can take 7 to 13 working days due to new regulations.
We notify you as soon as your order is sent or if we expect problems when executing your order.
We do not make any changes or returns because our products are imported. We grant a factory guarantee on defective products.
